Here's how you do it:

Step 1

Go to your clinic's website and find the link to book an appointment. It might look like this:

Clicking the link connects you to Mika, your clinic's virtual assistant. You'll need to provide your name, phone number, Personal Healthcare Number (PHN), and reason for your visit to ensure accurate scheduling and communication.

Step 3

After you've provided the necessary information, Mika will offer you the next available appointment or ask for your preferences regarding dates, times, and location if your clinic has multiple places.
