💌Direct Patient Messaging

The direct messages tool lets your clinic send you important information or documents securely. This can include things like prescriptions, requisitions, or lab results.

Your clinic can also use direct messaging to contact you about general clinic updates and upcoming appointments. These messages will be sent to you through text message or email and will look similar to the examples shown below:


Here's how you can open a secure message:

Step 1

Click on the link provided in the text message or email.

Step 2

This will take you to your patient hub. Once there, click on the "View Message" button.

Step 3

To see the secure message, you will need to enter your personal health care number. Remember, the message will only be available for 24 hours. After that, it will no longer be accessible
