When clinics sign up for Mikatas services, they are assigned a unique phone number from which all outbound text messages will originate. For emails, look for your clinic's name in the "From" section followed by the email address "noreply@health-ally.ca."

What if I do not want to be contacted by my clinic via text message or email?

Mikata understands that not everyone prefers to be contacted through text messaging or emails. You can easily opt out of receiving either text messages or emails by texting "stop" in response to the text message or clicking "unsubscribe" in the email (at the bottom of the email).
